Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules and company goals. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with finance and operations teams for budgeting and cost control. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers. Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month
