Responsible for the preparation and processing of requests for quotations, sourcing, and issuing purchase orders and all relevant documentation. Managing and following up on overseas orders and ensuring on-time delivery. Work to reduce cost and lead-time with suppliers and evaluating suppliers' performance. Shipment co-ordination with vendors, customers, and shipping agents for import and/or export with good working knowledge of Bill of Lading and permits. Stock control and support project materials delivery requirements. Maintain good working relationships with new and existing key suppliers to manage delivery and product quality Receive all goods physically and input into the computer daily. Able to work under pressure. Requirements: Minimum Diploma 3 years of purchasing / procurement experience in automation parts accessories (Hardware) will be an advantage Proficient in MS Office
