Key Responsibilities:

Store Management (Construction Site / Warehouse):
Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs or inventory software
Track and monitor material usage on-site and issue stock as required
Conduct regular stock checks and support periodic audits
Ensure proper storage practices to avoid material loss, damage, or wastage
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area

Purchasing Duties:
Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and consumables as per project requirements
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for best terms
Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules
Coordinate closely with site supervisors, project managers, and vendors
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor records

Coordination & Reporting:
Liaise with accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing
Assist project teams in forecasting material requirements
Generate monthly stock and purchase reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Familiarity with construction materials and equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and handle site-level coordination
Basic computer skills (MS Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
