Job Briefing: We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Purchaser to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and be able to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers. If you are a motivated individual with a positive attitude, then we want to hear from you! Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Searching for potential vendors based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
• Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit company.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Prepares and reviews purchase orders, to ensure timely delivery.
• Audits with invoices and check for accuracy, receipt of materials and compliance with purchase orders.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, and arranging of goods return/ exchange with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration.
• At least 01 year of purchasing experience in wholesales industry.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
• Good written, verbal communication skills, with strong attention to details.
• Able to start work immediately.

Working Details:

• Jurong Port
• 5.5 days weeks
• 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)
• 8am \xe2\x80\x93 12pm (Sat)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month Schedule:
