JOB SUMMARYPurchaser provide assistance in the day to day activities related to procurement of various materials/ equipment needed for the operations.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processes Purchase Request Forms/Purchase orders particularly the recommendation of suppliers/ contractors' evaluation of quotes and offers, expediting submission of documents and delivery of orders by the suppliers.
• Evaluates quotes from vendors and provides recommendation for the most economical and acceptable
• Tracks orders and ensure timely delivery
• Receives deliveries and picks up urgent items when necessary
• Negotiates with suppliers and contractors
• Maintains an updated file of invoices and contracts and ensures the confidentiality of pertinent documents
• Coordinates with project warehouse staff to ensure all items arrive in good condition
• Receives invoices/ billing from suppliers and subcontractors Coordinates with Project Managers to ensure that all billings of subcontractors are evaluated correctly according to their actual accomplishment report
• Collates the necessary documents needed to process the recommendation for payment of the approved billings of suppliers and subcontractors
• Processes recommendation for payments to be forwarded to Accounting Department
• Liaises with other departments, particularly accounting and operations department
• Monitoring and updating of fixed assets

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With at least 1 year working experience in Construction Industry
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel applications Can drive a motorcycle and 4 wheel vehicle, and with valid driver's license.
• Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
