Job Description

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities Facilitate stock-take and be responsible to tidy up inventory stores Suppliers' contacts in China an added advantage Other ad-hoc projects when assigned

Job Requirement

Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry Resourceful, meticulous with strong vendor management skills Good accounting and cost accounting skills. Excellent communication skills. Commitment and teamwork. Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity. * High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills
