2. Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and maintain a network of reliable local suppliers.

Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations.
3. Inventory Control
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supply without overstocking or wastage.
Coordinate with warehouse/production planning admin and production teams to determine ordering of materials.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure purchases comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Work closely with QA/QC to verify product quality before acceptance.
5. Cost Control & Budgeting
Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
Help to prepare procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate purchasing records (POs, invoices, delivery notes).
Generate reports on purchasing trends, costs, and suppliers' performances.
Skills & Qualifications
