Responsible to search and source for potential suppliers/vendors Compare & evaluate the quotation from suppliers/vendors and negotiate the contract terms of agreement & pricing with them Coordinate with project team and suppliers in projects assigned. Follow company purchasing policies, procedures and specifications. Track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products, ensure that all items and delivered to store/site on time. Updated purchasing records/ data and pricing in the system Monitor the stock balance. Liaising and verifying with accounts department regarding invoices, price and delivery acknowledgements. Support QS and Tender team in getting quotations and ad-hoc duties
Requirements: At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with working experience in Construction / industry area.
