Plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
To source, negotiate and purchase Construction Materials, Machineries & Equipment for projects from both local and oversea vendors.
Review plans, specifications, quotations and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
Handling of enquiry for quotation, making the price comparisons, create quotation and sending quotation to customer
Research potential vendors, maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely
Inventory control
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Generate Purchase Orders promptly & Matching of supplier\xe2\x80\x99s invoices with supporting documents, etc
Ensure the delivery of the spares/items to the customers
Work closely with site personnel
Address and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics system Provide management with oral and written reports on the customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products
Other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
Degree or equilavent
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Good working attitude and team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
