Job Description


  • Sourcing and managing local and overseas purchasing activities and services.
  • Timely procing of all order to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
  • Ability to negotiate with supplier in pricing/complaints/shipment arrangement.
  • Coordinating with forwarders and prepare documents for outbound and inbound consignment on overseas purchases.
  • Manage arrival schedule and stock planning.
  • Receiving of goods from vendors and other company entities & correct unpacking & storage.
  • Keep track all the costs incurred to ensure it is within budget.
  • Ensure that all assigned projects are completed successfully and best practices and meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
  • To work with account department to make sure all the invoices and necessary documents are being raised on time.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management preferred.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to details
