Job Description

Responsibilities:


Sourcing quotations, negotiate price, terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company. Drive cost reduction initiatives by leveraging negotiation, value engineering, logistics optimization, and other innovative approaches to ensure total cost competitiveness. Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, including order tracking and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise. Proactively monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of purchase parts and materials. Liaise closely with internal department including Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering and Logistics to understand operational needs and provide effective procurement support.
Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment Strong negotiation and vendor sourcing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems A proactive team player with the ability to work independently * Detailed-oriented, confident, meticulous and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
