Job Description


Job scope:

  • Handle all Purchasing functions including sourcing, negotiating and processing of orders from both local and overseas suppliers and liaise with freight forwarders.
  • Maintain adequate stock level of trade items for sales, and supplies for office and factory use.
  • Assist in production scheduling and purchase of raw materials.
  • Responsible in all administrative and HR related matters and ensure efficient daily operation.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requisite:
  • Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration.
  • Strong communication skills both in written and verbal English and Chinese to liaise with overseas English and Chinese-speaking suppliers.
  • Possess positive attitude, flexible, good organizational skills and able to multi-task.
  • Able to prioritize work, meticulous and high accuracy of work.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player.
