Working Location : Larkin, Johor Bahru
Working Hours : 8am ~515pm (Mon~ Fri)
Salary Range : Basic RM 2200 ~ RM 2800
: * Participate in developing, implementing, evaluating purchasing plans, work processes, systems and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Selection of new/alternative suppliers for packaging materials, raw materials, equipment, supplies etc.
- Involve in Supplier Audit with close liaison with Quality Assurance.
- Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels.
- Track purchase orders, monitor vendor quality and performance and maintain a current database of vendor information.
- Verify purchase orders, requisitions and associated invoices for all purchases from other departments.
- Communicate with supplier pertaining to complaints, changes in specifications, change orders, quantities and adjustments.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor and equipment availability.
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages in usage.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Any other duties whenever assigned by superior.
