Purchasing Assistant ($2200 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory level, determine reorder quantities
- Processing of Purchase Orders and maintaining vendor\xe2\x80\x99s price list in system
- Work with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled.
- Work closely with sales team on customers forecast and requirements
- Ensure receiving of goods are updated daily
- Monitor market trends and prices for all products
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
