Job Description

• Salary: $2300 - $3200 (Depends on experience)
• 5.5 working day: Mon - Fri 830am-5.30pm, Sat 8am-12pm.
• Location: Jalan Buroh (transport provided from Jurong East and Lakeside MRT)
• AWS + VB + Training Provided

Responsibilities:

• Manage perishables indent orders and local purchases
• Issue purchase orders and receive on Navision
• Follow up on orders and raise discrepancy feedback to supplier
• Submit documents and liaise with finance for payments & GST submission
• Vendor and item code maintenance
• Work closely with sales and customer service for ordering
• Liaise with warehouse and declaring agent for import documents and clearances
• Any other related duties as assigned
