• Salary details : up to $2,700 (depending on experience)
• Working Days and Hours : Mondays to Fridays : 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Location of work : North, East or West

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain quotes, prices, and availability for goods and services needed.
• Submit Purchase Requests (PR) through the organization\'s IT systems.
• Oversee the stores, infrastructure, and office equipment.
• Track inventory movements, manage facilities, and schedule equipment servicing using the organization\'s IT systems.
• Support events and activities, including escorting suppliers, ushering guests, setting up venues, and supervising contractors.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
• SAP proficiency is required.

Requirement:

• Min. Higher NITEC with 1 year relevant experience in supply chain
• Must be Singaporean
• SAP knowledge is required
