Job Description

Salary range: SGD1600
Housing allowance: SGD200
Transport allowance: SGD100 + Incentive
Working Day & hrs : Monday (8am-6pm)- Tue-Friday (08.00am-5.45pm)

  • Generate Purchase Order and forward to respective suppliers/vendors
  • Places orders & expedites deliveries
  • Update and monitor supplier open order to ensure on-time delivery
  • Matching of supplier's invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO
  • Work with Store & Sales Team in Purchase Requisition
  • Preparing monthly report
  • Complete administrative duties assigned
  • Complete ad-hoc duties and other tasks, as assigned
  • 44 hours/week (Flexi hour)
Requirement
  • Min GCE'O" or Equivalent
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
