Purchasing Assistant Working Hours: 5 Days [ 9am to 6pm ] Location: Boon Lay Salary: $2300-$2500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Job scope: 1. Issuing of PO (Capex/ Packaging/ Food ingredients) from all Purchasing Assistant Working Hours: 5 Days [ 9am to 6pm ] Location: Boon Lay Salary: $2300-$2500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Job scope: 1. Issuing of PO (Capex/ Packaging/ Food ingredients) from all users 2. Weekly Master Command computation (twice weekly) 3. Ongoing tracking and update of Halal Certificate & Product Specification Periodically customers audit needs to support documents requirement on request 4. Customers request on sustainability form, COA, or any other special documents request 5. Compiling Sales Projection & Tracking Performance 6. Showroom weekly promotion and selling price set up in SAP system 7. Update item details and pricing in SAP 8. Sourcing for Local Purchase
