Purchasing Assistant (Plastic Injection Moulding Industry) Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working Hour: 9am- 6pm Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 Location: Serangoon Responsibilities: * Discover pro Purchasing Assistant (Plastic Injection Moulding Industry) Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working Hour: 9am- 6pm Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 Location: Serangoon Responsibilities: Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organisation partnerships Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms Approve orders of necessary goods and services Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving procurement costs Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders Update the delivery purchase report week to ensure accuracy when doing planning of new order Work with the inventory team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and coordinate with the production on the production plan Monitoring to ensure on time delivery from supplier Establish reliable lines of contact with the management team to ensure that all purchase orders are aligned according to production usage
