• Responsible for purchasing function.
• Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
• Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions xefxbcx86 purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
• Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
• Maintain and update approved vendor list.
• Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior
• Prepare material plan.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
• Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery.
• Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule.
• Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / ITC level
• Possessed with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry

Procurement Executive [Manufacturing]Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)

• Manage Electronics Manufacturing Services' activities
• Sourcing of material and establish new suppliers
• Liaise with Vendors, Factory and Customers
• Manage and service existing vendor/customer accounts
• Provide assistant & support to customers in product quality and logistic requirements
• Handle supply chain management related to vendors and customers

Purchaser

• Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Friday)
• Working location: Buroh Street (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
• Salary Range : $1800 -$2000
