Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of fabricated parts, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance. Source and purchase items such as welded structures, aluminum profiles, sheet metal, and precision components. Build strong relationships with key vendors to achieve long-term quality improvements and cost savings. Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents in the SCM system. Identify, qualify, and manage new suppliers to support business needs and improve supply chain performance. Perform local logistics tasks including packing, documentation, loading/unloading, and delivery coordination. Receive and process incoming parts (local and overseas), ensuring proper documentation and clearance.

Job Requirements:

A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficient in Excel, SAP, VLOOKUP, and other related tools.
