Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.45pmLocations:
- Sembawang
- Changi
- TuasJob Responsibilities: * Procurement Processing:- Source for prices and availability for goods and services needed by RSN Units.
- Prepare Purchase Requests (PR) using the Authority\'s IT systems and following set procedures * Logistics Support:- Managing the stores, buildings, and equipment of the Unit.
- Handling movements of items, managing properties, and arranging equipment services using the Authority\'s IT systems and established methods * General Duties:- Assisting with the Authority or Unit\'s events and activities. This could mean guiding suppliers, welcoming guests, setting up venues, and overseeing work done by the Authority\'s contractors. These tasks help events run smoothly and ensure things are well-organized. * Other duties assigned by supervisor / clientRequirements:
- Fully vaccinated
- Higher nitec/Diploma of relevant field
- Relevant working experience
