Coordinate and process purchase orders from project sites and vendors
Generate and issue POs, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery schedules
Monitor inventory reports and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines
Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
Liaise with internal teams to resolve purchasing or delivery issues
Perform other administrative and procurement support duties as required
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction company
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Globe3 and PDF Professional is an advantage
