Job Description
- $3000 - $3400
- 9 am - 6 pm
- Location: Upper Thomson
- In charge of working suppliers to organize and buy what we need.
- Responsible for making sure we order the right things and talking effectively with the chefs and other staff at our outlets.
- Getting ready orders, price quotes, and finding new suppliers or products.
- Making sure that if we need to, we organize, process, and send orders from other countries.
- Keep an eye on how well our suppliers are doing to make sure they deliver things on time and as we requested.
- Put together reports and numbers every month to help with making decisions.
- Make sure that we pay our bills accurately at the end of the month and send them to the finance department on time.
- Manage the process of choosing good suppliers, making sure they provide quality stuff, and making our buying process more efficient.
- Decide what goes on the menu, choose suppliers, and make our buying process smoother.
- Start a process to check on our suppliers, keep an eye on how they\'re doing, and renew contracts if needed.
- Do other tasks that our supervisor or management asks us to do to help everything run smoothly.
