• Singapore Based (Tuas, Company Transport provided at Marsiling / Jurong East MRT)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.15pm)
• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies + Years of relevant experience

Job scopePerform materials planning and purchasing to fulfil sales needsRequest / source quotation from vendor for each inquiry & negotiate with pricingMonitor / review inventory stocking policy to ensure good balance between assurance of supply with minimal inventory holding. (follow by MRP & minimum inventory level)Prepare & issue PO to suppliers for parts needed based on company\'s agreed inventory stocking policyIssue Certificate of Origin (COO) & Certificate of quantity & quality (COQ) for Genset AssemblyEnsures accuracy of all orders & follow-up (telephone/email communication) with suppliersLiaise, arrange & monitor shipments with forwarder.Monitor delivery with local & oversea suppliersMonitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time & resolve problems related to undelivered goodsPrepare documents such as Import product checklist, import shipment checklist and etc for warehouse checking purposeConfer or correspond with supplier to rectify problems such as damages, shortages or non conformance to specificationsArrange for delivery, assembly or distribution of supplies to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedulesRequisition and maintain inventories of silencer to meet customer demandsGenerate report from SAP system for analysis when requiredItem master creation in SAP systemPrepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price listsPlan for shipment consolidation to cut down shipping costArrange courier service for other brands product/DDVORTo make sure within lead time before issue orderCompany informationRegistration No.201426535WEA No.14C7279Employer questionsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
