Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the most efficient outcome in terms of pricing and delivery
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers for prompt delivery to support sales
• Responsible for inventory management
• Assist in full purchasing processes
• Assist in Sales Order processing and daily reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Minimum Diploma holders
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advance knowledge in Excel
• Good knowledge of inventory management
• Resourceful, meticulous, organized, and independent
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with positive attitude
• Equipped with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Information:

• Salary: up to $3,100 + $100 (fixed transport) + AWS + VB
• Location: Macpherson (Nearest MRT Potong Pasir)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
