Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Coordinate purchasing activities for materials and services based on company's needs Handle quotation, issue purchase order and maintain updated records Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details Conduct market research to identify pricing trends Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices Vendor sourcing activities Prepare reports - Price evaluation report, expenses report and etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS



Good understanding of supply chain procedures Hands on experience with purchasing software Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point) Meticulous "eye" for detail and accuracy Minimum 2-3 years of work experience Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree

To better meet our needs, we require candidates with experience and knowledge in the following areas:



Piping:

Including Pipe & fittings, bolts and nuts, gaskets

Valves:

Such as ball valves, gate valves

Structure:

Knowledge of plates, beans, angle bars

Heat Exchangers:

Familiarity with components like tube, tube sheets & baffles

Consumable Items:

Experience with hardware tools, PPE, safety products, lifting gear

Experience In EPC Project

(Engineering, Procurement and Construction) * Experience with

Static

Equipment

and

Rotating Equipment
