Purchasing Officer $2,000-$2,800 5.5 days work (Alt Sat) Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 5.15pm Saturday: 8.30am-12.30pm Location: Jalan Lekar, Singapore (Choa Chu Kang) [Transport provided at CCK Purchasing Officer $2,000-$2,800 5.5 days work (Alt Sat) Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 5.15pm Saturday: 8.30am-12.30pm Location: Jalan Lekar, Singapore (Choa Chu Kang) [Transport provided at CCK MRT] : Handle import shipment documentation, ensure timely delivery of supplies from oversea suppliers, managing the correspondences between suppliers and purchasers Handle Purchase order, transfer order and supplier invoices, coordination with Operations Dept to ensure inventory is updating properly Manage Inventory in the system includes perform daily inventory check and monthly closing inventory Liaise with Finance dept on supplier payment matters Prepare monthly purchase report and inventory report to respective HOD Other administrative and support as and when required Manage system documentation Microsoft Dynamic Requirements: Min 'O' Levels Candidate familiar with Navision system is added advantage. Able to work Alt Saturday
