Job Description

Liaise with project managers and site teams to identify and procure the necessary materials, equipment and services required for construction projects Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, delivery schedules and quality standards Manage the purchase order process, including raising orders, tracking deliveries and ensuring invoices are accurate Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports to management Continuously research the market to identify new suppliers and sources of materials to enhance the company's supply chain Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations governing procurement practices

What we're looking for



Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, in the construction industry Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Proficient in the use of procurement software and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of construction materials, equipment and services, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards * A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
