: Purchasing Specialist/AssistantRole Summary:The Purchasing Specialist/Assistant will handle procurement processing, manage logistics support, and assist with general duties to ensure smooth operations within internal stakeholders. This role involves sourcing quotes, managing stores and facilities, supporting events, and performing other tasks as assigned.Responsibilities:1. Procurement Processing

• Source multiple quotes for goods and services required by internal stakeholders.
• Submit Purchase Requests (PR) using the Authority\'s IT systems and processes.

2. Logistics Support

• Manage the stores, infrastructure, and facilities, including office equipment.
• Perform transactions for store movements, estate management, and equipment servicing using the Authority\'s IT systems and processes.

3. General Duties

• Support Authority or Units\' events and activities, including:

• Escorting suppliers within camps
• Ushering and registering guests
• Setting up venues and supervising contractors

4. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or client.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
