My client is a Japanese MNC who is a pioneer in the Electronics industry. They are looking for a Purchasing/Inventory Admin to join their stable employment. This opportunity is great for candidates who wishes to expand their portfolio in logistics/supply chain environment.
:
Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning, inventory control, scheduling and shipment related issues.
Analyse data input for accuracy and resolve any issues are required.
Analyse inventory levels against agreed targets levels.
Update schedules and ensure reflects forecast and demand.
Issuing of Purchase Order and ensure proper approval authorization.
Assist to manage warehouse and supply chain operations
Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Planning schedule balancing, shipment scheduling and inventory control.
Negotiation and liaising with suppliers on parts supply and ensure all parts are timely delivery.
Requirements:
3 year relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics
Good communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholder
Ability to work well in a team
