This will include development of a Pursuit Design Framework, providing strategic direction on Renewal Pursuit Strategies and acting as a core member of assigned complex/super complex Pursuit Team, working alongside senior stakeholders and providing recommendations on innovation in design from pre-engagement through to conversion. In addition, providing graphic design support as part of the Creative Studio Team by producing visually compelling branded content. This can include PPT slideware, case studies, digital & typeset artworks across primarily high complex/high visibility projects for the Bid team, with additional support offered on an ad-hoc basis across the business.Performance Outcomes:

  • Ensure projects are completed to a high quality standard in line with agreed timelines
  • Ensure adherence to brief, prioritising consistency and innovative design ideas
  • Proactively identify collateral, aimed at enhancing storytelling within pitch and presentation collateral, for sharing to the wider team via the Bid Library platform
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand identity & digital standards across a variety of media
  • Compliance with agreed Creative Studio processes, procedures and turn-around times
  • Compliance with agreed quality & accessibility guidelines for all deliverables
  • Compliance with all mandatory AMS and (where applicable) Client required training
Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Pursuit Design:
  • Driving innovation in design for Complex / Super Complex Pursuits, developing a Pursuit Design Framework, signed off by the Global Bid Director & Creative Studio Manager that all designers can contribute to, evolve & then utilise
  • Provide strategic direction with the Global Bid Director on Renewal Pursuit Strategies
  • Core member of assigned complex/super complex Pursuit team, working alongside the Pursuit Lead, Relationship Lead & Bid Lead - recommending innovation in design from pre-engagement through to conversion as part of the Pursuit Plan. Consider competitor mapping insights and how this can inform design & strategy to ensure AMS remain ahead of the competition.
  • Designing pursuit plan strategies:
  • Bespoke RFP/Presentation templates; digital concepts; infographics, video; collateral - providing the WOW
  • Responsible for a Pursuit Design Innovation Roadmap with new products & tools with clear business / use cases in partnership with the Creative Studio Manager:
  • Continually assess the market for new & emerging vendors and products in AI, AR/VR - assessing quality, value & innovation
  • Present to the Global Bid Director & Creative Studio Manager on a quarterly basis Roadmap concepts and agree those tools to take forward as Pilots with the potential to lead to Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Benchmark these tools alongside the existing design tech stack to ensure all are optimised. Replacing tools if the efficacy is not realised.
  • Once into PoCs, present to the wider Global Bid & Design Team with use cases
  • Provide training to the global Sales Leads on the Roadmap & PoCs
  • Support Global Bid Director & Creative Studio Manager in annual budgeting for Roadmap items
Digital Design Support:
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDesign & elevate Highspot SmartPages sharing client content with high quality UX experience and design-forward thinking
  • Drive innovation in our approach to infographics and interactive content
  • Visualise new products & sales collateral (eg. AMS One, Early Careers) considering digital, immersive, interactive ways to bring their content to life. Consider various mediums for this including video & how content can be developed to be suitable for multiple bids/cl
Skills & Experience
  • Expert practical skills within Microsoft PowerPoint, alongside a strong understanding of presentation design & document layout
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, and strong working knowledge of Illustrator
  • High levels of attention to detail with a focus on \'getting it right first time, every time\'
  • Demonstrable experience of working within creative teams to develop creative concepts and manage projects through to completion, alongside the ability to pro-actively guide and coach others
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to comply with all team processes and guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
