This is a newly created headcount in the Singapore office as the bank is expanding their wealth management business. Some of the key responsibilities will include

• Advise on legal issues and provide recommendations for the APAC region with a focus of Singapore
• Review and draft credit-related documentation, wealth management product documentation, as well as external counterparty agreements
• Ensure all wealth management legal risks are managed according to the firm, regulator and industry\'s rules & regulations
• Assist on any legal related questions from the business/ private bankers
• Work with external counsels as needed

• A relevant degree in Law and 8+ PQE (Singapore qualified)
• Experience from both in-house and/or international/Singapore law firm
• Knowledge in wealth management products/regulations is a must
• Relevant legal experience from the private banking industry is a must
• Singaporean or Singapore PR is a must
