What the role is:The role of the intern will be attached to Programme Experience and Operations (PXO) department. To provide end-to-end prog admin and management for IGP suite of programmes and events. This ranges from registration, onsite training support to post programme management such as billing, payment and evals report. What you will be working on:Interns are crucial for the successful delivery of IGP's comprehensive suite of programmes. Their role is essential in providing end-to-end programme administration and management support, encompassing both virtual and in-person training programmes, as well as event planning and management. Given that IGP conducts the highest number of seminars and forums within CSC, the demand for additional resources is particularly acute. Interns can significantly contribute to meeting this high volume of activity, ensuring that all programmes run smoothly and efficiently. The training calendar for IGP experiences peak periods in Q2 and Q3, with at least five major milestones across PCE, SE/EBPT, and IR programmes. This intense schedule necessitates additional manpower to manage the increased workload effectively. Interns can provide the crucial support needed during these busy periods, helping to maintain the quality and timeliness of programme delivery. By bringing interns on board, IGP can ensure that all aspects of programme administration are adequately covered, from logistical arrangements to participant coordination. This allows full-time staff to focus on more complex tasks and strategic planning, ultimately enhancing the overall quality and reach of IGP's training initiatives. In summary, interns are vital to IGP's operations, providing the necessary support to manage its extensive programme portfolio, particularly during peak periods, and ensuring the continued success of its training and development initiatives. What we are looking for:School of Event Management Or Integrated Event Mgmt, School of Business Admin, Comms etc. Open to Polytechnic or ITE students only.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
