Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Python Engineer
to join our team supporting the development and validation ofGenerative AI (GenAI)
systems for our client,DMO
.The successful candidate will work on
safety, compliance, and validation frameworks
for Large Language Model (LLM) applications -- particularly focusing onGuardrail
integrations andRAG pipelines
.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
Python scripts
for testing and validating Generative AI models. Integrate and customizeGuardrail AI libraries
to enforce output safety, reliability, and compliance. Design validation frameworks forRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
systems. Collaborate closely with AI Governance and Product teams to ensure secure and robust GenAI solutions. Contribute to automation, documentation, and performance optimization of GenAI validation pipelines.Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python
and software engineering best practices.Hands-on experience
withGenerative AI
architectures (minimum 1 year). At least3 years' experience
inAI / ML Engineering
or related fields. Familiarity withLLM evaluation
andsafety frameworks
such as Guardrail AI, Nemo Guardrails, or Llama Guard. Experience withLangChain, LlamaIndex,
or similar frameworks is an advantage. Knowledge ofprompt engineering
andmodel governance
is desirable. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
