For further information on privacy, please visit www.kyndryl.com/privacy. Your Role and Responsibilities The Q2C RFS Proposal Coordinator is responsible for executing service functions listed in support of Kyndryl Contracts:

• SOW Development (Complex, Standard, NBIE, etc.)
• Performs complex pricing within delegation and authorization via the CDT Tool.
• Participates in Contract Baseline Reviews
• Bridges solution, design, and understands architecture decisions to alleviate cost exposures and underpricing for IBM
• Provides metrics and measurements reporting based on the Contract Performance Management Process and provide ad hoc reporting to Client and account team as required.
• Completes Client Services Evaluation Guide and the Open Source Software Assessment for each proposal (KCO Checklist)
• Ensures compliance via the Engineering and environment Affairs Questionnaire.
• Ensures submission of “Win” notifications once RFS has signed
• Ensures on time delivery of SOW as agreed in the MSA or Account specific governance guidelines
• Can perform PMA responsibilities for E2E/Hybrid/Digital PE accounts
• Achieve the RFS metrics in proposal delivery
• Execute tasks to closure
• Prioritize work tasks and issues)
• Adapt to new assignments, processes, methods and tools easily
• Exhibit good written and oral communications skills
• Understand and work effectively in a matrix environment
• Provide support to team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least three years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management
• At least three years of experience working with vendors
• Demonstrated business writing skills
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving a project to completion
