Job Description
Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, they are looking for a QA Assistant to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Eest – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Technical Data management and update technical datas that is related to business operation.
- Responsible for geting new revisions of tech data from websites and store it for future use either in hard copy or safe in drive
- Maintian and be an administrator on CMM, SRM, SOPM data website
- Ensure that the Technical Library records for revision on the status data
- Responsible for maintaining the E-Library and ensure that it is up-to-date
- Manage and maintain the work package system on storage, retrieval, auditing.
- Responsible on maintaing a Register of Out-Of-Manual Repairs approvals
- Responsible for part 21J DOA approval documents and test reports
- Any ad-hoc duty or project as assigned
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience in Library management in aviation will be a bonus
