Job Description

• Salary: $4200 - $4500
• 5.25 working day: Mon to Thur: 830am to 6pm, Fri: 830am to 530pm, Alt Sat: 830am to 1230pm
• Location: Pioneer Road
• AWS + VB + MNC Logistic Group

Responsibilities:

• Maintain QMS documentation and support external audits/ inspection.
• Manage digital/ paper-based documentation control system.
• Document customer needs - on certification standards, relevant regulations, norm, and other concerns.
• Perform internal audits as audit team member.
• Guide/ lead/ support operations process design and planning from quality perspective.
• Investigate/ verify investigation on corrective action and relevant task (CAPA). Review operations document change - whether due to CAPA or for improvements, as part of change control.
• Use & promote the use quality management tools in analysis and decision making.
• Perform yearly quality or compliance awareness training courses. Maintain/ ensure maintenance of critical equipment master file.
• Manage all inspection related operations including during inbound/ outbound and in-process.
• Verify contractor/ vendor deliver expected quality in services/ products. Substantiate decisions on go/no-go for product release based on statistics and/ other scientific justification when needed.
• Train QA/QC inspectors and act as backup.
• Lead/ participate in other quality related projects.
