We are looking for committed and driven individuals to join our organization as QA & Compliance Manager !


Oversee QA function [government regulatory bodies inspection & grading (SFA), ISO 22000 audit (Food Safety Management System), Halal audit (MUIS), customer audit (e.g., MBS), supplier audit (for raw materials feedback investigation), tenant audit (to ensure tenant activities are in compliance with Four Seasons Group building standard)].


Main Responsibilities :

• Lift segregation between food & non-food.
• Lift segregation between Halal & non-Halal products.
• Pest control
• Equipment preventive maintenance.
• Personal hygiene (locker, hand wash stations, soap, PPE).
• Cleanliness (building premise, production area/kitchen, equipment & returned kitchenware)
• Act as internal auditor for all food establishments under Four Seasons Group.
• Coordinator between various departments on customer complaint, audits, grading & licensing.
• Prepare training materials & act as trainer for food safety related topics (including correction/corrective action for customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint).
• In charge of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer complaint analysis & present during Management Review.
• Ad-hoc task/project assigned by the Managing Director.
  

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in a field related to the hiring industry
• Preferably with the understanding of Food Quality Control / HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO 22000
• Certificates related to Food Science / Food Safety / Quality Assurance / Quality Control be advantageous.
• Capable of working as part of a team as well as working independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated & meticulous.
• Stands firm on raising food safety-related non-compliance.
• Willing to learn new things and be hands-on when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
