Review effectiveness of incoming & outgoing inspection procedures, to implement changes if necessary. Assist relevant department in the investigation of quality related non-conformances & customer feedback. Organize & conduct training for QA personnel & new hires. Maintain quality reports and records ensure compliance with ISO9001 standard.
