Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Engineer (Test Development Engineer) with strong expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and Web3 technologies . This role requires proficiency in Java and Go , experience working with AWS microservices , and a deep understanding of Web3 development environments.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin , based in an Asia time zone , and have experience working in Agile development processes . This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-performance engineering team in a cutting-edge blockchain environment.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute performance tests, end-to-end (E2E) tests, and integration tests using appropriate tools and programming languages.
• Identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects in a Web3 and blockchain environment .
• Ensure the quality and reliability of AWS-based microservices , implementing best practices in deployment and testing.

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with development teams to enhance testing strategies and frameworks.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure smooth QA integration in the development lifecycle.
• Improve test automation frameworks and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization.

Technical Support & Best Practices

• Provide guidance on QA best practices for Web3 applications.
• Maintain and improve the testing infrastructure to support blockchain-based applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and development, with a focus on Java and Go .
• Strong familiarity with AWS microservices and the ability to deploy and test cloud-based services.
• 1+ year of Web3 experience in blockchain-based applications, DeFi, or related technologies.
• Experience working with CEX (Centralized Exchange) or DEX (Decentralized Exchange) projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong English reading and writing skills .
