Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all lab equipment.
• Carry out daily analysis of plating chemicals.
• Provide calculation for plating chemicals top-up amount.
• Update control charts and ensure all analysis results are properly recorded and updated.
• Carry out in-house calibration of lab & wastewater treatment plant\'s ORP meters.
• Review & revise all lab & wastewater treatment plant\'s work instructions whenever necessary.
• Maintain & upkeep the smooth operations of auto-analyzers for treated effluents.
• Keep track & maintain sufficient inventory for \xe2\x80\x9cQuick Test Kits\xe2\x80\x9d for daily treated effluent checking.
• Maintain good 5S housekeeping of the plating laboratory.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• In charge product/ process Control Plan, FMEA & Process Flow
• Support internal audit & external audit if needed.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Polytechnic certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
