Job Description

:

• Assist Quality Manager in implementing integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949).
• Implement ISO9001& IATF16949 quality management system and procedures, maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor, measure and review internal processes through quality management practices.
• Work with cross functional teams to solve quality issues and meet KPI target.
• Perform internal audit and ensure that quality system is always in place.
• Prepare and issue audit reports non-conformance and verifying CAPA;
• Ensure CAPA are taken and monitored for effectiveness.
• Educate, train and enforce proper understanding of the quality roles and functions by all workers on site and promote a strong quality culture in the Company.
• Perform quality audits on supplier to assure products and services meet SATFM purchase requirements.
• To prepare customer quality report including data collections and statistical reporting.
• To lead and guide Quality Technicians.
• Assist the business in achieving certifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Quality Engineering/Management or equivalent
• Experience in quality assurance and control
• Experience in internal and external audit
• Experience in liaising with external supplier
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, IATF 16949 systems
• Knowledge of Internal Audit
• SAP Knowledge
