Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Support the establishment and maintenance of food quality and safety systems (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance frameworks. Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards. Facilitate training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene practices, and operational SOPs. Participate in QA testing programmes and assist in the development of new products. Investigate and resolve feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen, ensuring timely follow-up and preventive actions. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors on maintenance and QA-related matters. Uphold company policies and ensure consistent adherence to all SOPs across operations.

Requirements



Diploma or higher qualification in Food Science & Technology or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the F&B industry. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese due to operational needs. Proactive, analytical, and meticulous with strong problem-solving abilities. * A reliable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
