Job Description
Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Overseeing inspection of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards are followed
- Oversee quality management system
- Review and implement GxP documentation
- Carry out proper investigation and implement CAPA
- Identify and resolve all quality assurance issues arise
- Liaise and handle customer\'s complaints on quality issues and ensure issues are well resolved
- Ensure compliance to GDP, GMP and company standards
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge in quality management system, quality assurance and quality control
- Prior experience in GDP and GMP environment is an added advantage
