Inspection of Incoming Deliveries of General items
- Understand the information on the Goods Receipt Note and identify and retrieve the technical specifications for the respective products in the GRN
- Apply the sampling size plan and acceptance / rejection number based on the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) stated in sampling Standards for Quality Control
- Understand the functional, visual & dimensional requirements of the product stated in the customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical specifications
- Inspect the product in accordance to the functional, visual & dimensional requirements stated in the customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical specifications
- Identify additional requirements on product that may not be stated in the customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical specifications and inspect these requirements
- Assess if the product delivered is acceptable based on the functional, visual & dimensional requirements stated in the customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical specifications
- Prepare the rejection report and state the reason(s) for the rejection of the product or delivery
- Assess products rejected by customers if the defect or damage is due to manufacturing or inappropriate usage
- System receipt (e.g. Warehouse Management System / SAP)
- Permanent role
- Choa Chu Kang
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm
- up to $2800
- Minimum GCE O level and above with years of relevant experience
