Job Description


$3K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

  • Perform routine and regular visual and dimensional inspection at receiving, in-process and final inspection.
  • Work constructively with Engineering/QA in developing CMM programs and inspection methods for new products as and when required.
  • Participate in QCPC turn back data collection and make effective recommendations toward process improvement.
  • Review and interpret drawings and other technical data requirements to perform visual and dimensional inspections at Receiving / Preliminary, in-process and final inspection. Document inspection results accurately.
  • Comply with internal Quality Management System Requirements. Interpret resolution of gauges required to perform dimensional inspections.
  • Interpret drawings and instructions from operations sheets and complex blueprints, engine manuals, inspection records / method sheets, etc.
  • Review and interpret preliminary visual and dimensional results to define work scope in compliance with the customer Purchase Order and approved technical data.
  • Review and ensure compliance with customer preference files.
Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in an aerospace environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
