- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
- Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOP's for the inspection function.
- Checking the quality and the appearance of fish.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Food Technology, Food Science, or Biology.
- Knowledge in seafood manufacturing operations; basic Sensory evaluation, computer operations, GMP, HACCP, FSMS
- Shift system
