- Lead quality activities such as continuous improvement,\xef\xbb\xbf cost improvement projects,\xef\xbb\xbf business continuity plan, \xef\xbb\xbfnew product introduction, \xef\xbb\xbfsupplier quality management and etc...
- Lead all GMP activities \xef\xbb\xbfsuch as CAPA, change control, customer complaint, document control, internal and external audits, management review and etc.
- Ensure company quality system is compliance to ISO 9001, 22716 and Halal standards
- Organise quality (Internal & External audits), make use of customer feedback, monitoring customer satisfaction, and report results.
- Coordinate with supply chain and perform supplier evaluation, selection and ongoing performance review
- Oversee all quality related tasks, ensure proper documentation, progress tracking and reporting
- Implementation of employee training and education them on company quality process and support the maintenance of GMP.
\xef\xbb\xbfJob Requirement:
- Min Degree in Science or it\'s equivalent
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing a quality team
- Experienced in GMP/Halal/ISO 9001/22716 will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead and motive team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
