Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections and audits, monitoring all stages of product production.
Ensure that all products comply with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, guide, and train QA/QC team members.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes of defects or nonconformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering departments to resolve quality issues.
Support product development and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or QC.
Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader is required.
